Backslash

As Co-founder, Art Director, and illustrator of seven covers for Backslash Magazine, I helped shape a publication that gave young creators an independent voice beyond the boundaries of campus media. We built a platform where lifestyle, culture, and politics could be explored through bold journalism and distinctive visual storytelling. At a time when few student-led publications operated nationally and independently, Backslash demonstrated how creativity, entrepreneurship, and editorial freedom could combine to engage audiences and inspire a new generation of writers, artists, and thinkers.
